All-day hike to Båthusberget
Wednesdays 9:30AM from 14 June to 20 September.
Båthusberget is a dramatic Norwegian mountain that gives height and breathtaking views in all weather conditions. A rich flora, varied terrain and the chance to see birds of prey make this a favorite walk. Join us for a full day trip to Båthusberget in Norway.
The hike goes through varied terrain. Bitwise it’s steep, so the pace is calm and we can enjoy the view as we walk. During the trip we have several snack stops and a break for enjoying our lunch packet. On our way we learn about the flora and how the vegetation changes with the number of height meters. Well on top we get our reward by stunning views of Grövelsjöfjällen and Femundsmarka. In clear weather we can even see the peaks of the mountain range of Rondane in Norway.
Good shoes/boots. Rainwear and extra clothing. Backpack with lunch packet and hot drink.
