Tore`s wilderness camp

Tore’s wilderness camp

24–25 June, 7–8 July and 11–12 August.

Do you dream of bringing the kids along to experience the easy outdoor life? At Tore’s wilderness Camp, we do the preparations so that you can have the good nature experiences. We live the true wilderness life, and everyone has to contribute to make dinner on the bonfire and prepare for a night under the stars. We take responsibility for planning and security. You bring the kids and and together you get memories for life!

Tore’s wilderness Camp is located in beautiful surroundings in Femundsmarka National Park. We prepare for outdoor activities and eating and sleeping outdoor, but we have a cabin available if necessary. The goal of the Camp is for everyone to experience joy and mastery in nature. We provide knowledge that makes it easier for you to take outdoor campingtrips later.

Wear waterproof footwear, windand waterproof jacket and long pants, wool underwear and wool socks. Bring dry clothes and sleeping bag. The weather changes fast in the mountains.

Your Guide at the wilderness camp is Tore Stengrundet, teacher and ranger for the national parks in Engerdal. He is an eager outdoor hiker and spent once a whole summer in Femundsmarka National Park without supplies and tent.
