Work with us

In December 2019 the Scandinavian Mountains Airport, an international airport in Rörbäcksnäs between Sälenfjällen and Trysil will officially open. The airport is located right in the heart of Scandinavia’s largest alpine ski area in a fantastic mountainous nature in which setting we can offer a truly unique workplace. We aim to create a workplace where everyone is welcome and will have the opportunity to participate. Where job satisfaction and professional pride – both for each other and for our business – create a strong team.

Join the team

We have now started organizing our operations and are therefore looking for our future employees. We are looking for full-time, part-time and hourly-paid employees with our focus on the winter season.

You will find a wide spectre and variety of tasks within our operations. Here you can work with field maintenance, information, snow removal, passenger service with assistance, security, cleaning, loading, refuelling, monitoring, fire, workshop and property management and more.

Having several different skills to be able to perform a variety of tasks is a working method that we will put into practice. Our team will work during inconvenient working hours, on-call duty/ emergency preparedness may occur, we require driver’s license class C for employment in, for example, field, fire and ramp services and we will security check all applicants.

We primarily assume that you either already live in our large region or that you move to this fantastic part of Scandinavia. We highly value applications from persons with previous airport and / or airline experience. Good knowledge of English as well as one Scandinavian language, both in speech and in writing, is also a requirement. At an airport, Security, Safety and the Environment are the three foundations on which operations are based – this also reflects the knowledge and experience we are looking for in our recruitment process.

If you want to join our team and help to create a technically modern airport in the middle of the unique Scandinavian mountainous nature, you are welcome to contact us. We will appoint employees for operational services during the autumn of 2019. Training for the various jobs within our team will take place during the summer and autumn of 2019.
